Applicants from the State of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Nevada and Northern California need to apply to the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in San Francisco. Please note that our Program Category is A while the Agency Number is 8405.

As part of the application documents, a Foreigner Physical Examination Form should be included in the application package and it is available Here. Please refer to the instructions for detailed requirement for it.

Online application and the corresponding application documents should be submitted no later than February 28, 2022.

Due to the pandemic, all documents should be submitted online. The original or duplicate copy might be required upon request.
